Zerghub Exp Project

Explore experience by experts.

A tech community
for experts, expats and graduates.

Operating as a non-profit in formation. Remote by default since 2020, grounded at ZergLand in the mountains of Balıkesir.

⊹ Philosophy

Personal agency
of people.

ZergHub is a digital hub, a place to share your imagination with others. A community of like-minded people building world-changing solutions together.

⊹ Four pillars

What ZergHub is,
in four moves.

Member value and public good on the same axis. Four pillars that shape how we operate, who we serve, and where institutional support fits.

Soft-landing hub

Cross-border landing pad

A soft-landing hub for international tech talent, easing knowledge exchange and highly skilled migrant integration into new ecosystems.

Workforce readiness

Intergenerational transfer

Seasoned experts and fresh graduates working side by side across STEM and AI, closing the workforce-readiness gap.

Co-creation

Ship together, keep your IP

Digital product co-creation on members' terms. Own your pace, framing and IP; no equity capture.

Green-tech testbed

Rural sustainable infrastructure

ZergLand as a sustainable rural infrastructure asset: eco-tourism, remote-work well-being studies, and green-tech testing at 700 m.

Grounded at ZergLand.

Our community relations are fully remote. Members connect, build and ship from wherever they are.

When we want to step away from screens, we head to ZergLand: a sustainable rural infrastructure asset used for eco-tourism, remote-work well-being studies, and green-tech testing. It sits on top of a mountain in Balıkesir, Türkiye, at 700 m, open to members for hikes, retreats and workshops, and doubles as a real-world testbed for solar, waste-management and remote-communications systems built by members.

  • Altitude

    700 m
